jam bayi tidur

usia baby ku 3bulan bun. Kemarin pulang dirumah nenek nya bisa tidur pules tanpa begadang, skrg pulang kerumah sendiri sering bangun seperti tidur ga nyenyak🥲 Apalagi klo suami kerja malam dirumah sendiri. Mungkin ada yg sama bun?

Kepala dd sudah dibawah, udah masuk panggul juga tinggal nunggu mules. Apakah tanda mau melahirkan merasa mual dan nafsu makan berkurang bun?
