sesak nafas

Bunda , saya sekarang hamil 28week tapi emang dari hamil awal itu buat ngatur nafas susah Bun dari 2bulanan emang udh sesak , susah banget buat tidur apakah bunda bunda ada yg ngalamin hal yg sama ? Solusi nya gmana ni Bun?

    Kalo aku tak buat miring ke kiri bun kalo tdr, terus pakek bantal 2, paginya aku rutinin jalan2 kaki..
