today is #40weeks

does anyone over 40 weeks. I really very nervous, and today 18042019 marks my 40 weeks pregnancy. I have mucles plug with bloody show and doc say it's only 1cm. ask me to wait. I don't know how to wait and wait for contractions..

just Try to calm down.. and walk and dl squat more.. last year i also at my 39weeks5day.. mucus plug and 1.5cm.. my gynae ask me to go back first.. no point waiting in the hospital. but he advise me to walk and do squat more as it helps speed up the dillation
