not eat properly

Hlo mommies I am 9 weeks pregnant. I do not feel hungry the whole day I do not eat anything, whenever I eat I feel like vomiting, what should I do? I have headache too ☹️

Have chilled milk.. in small amount at intervals... Also as soon as u wake up in morning have biscuits 1 or 2.( Dry one like Marie gold, or Britannia rusk.. don't have tea or milk or water after that for half hr.). It worked I. My case
