Blm bisa minum susu hamil karna mual

Usia kandungan 11w tapi sama sekali blm bisa minum susu hamil, krna pasti keluar lgi😭ada yg ngalamin juga kah?solusi pengganti susu nya apa yaa moms? Masih susah untuk makan apa-apa krna memang mual muntah parah,😭

    kalau kata bubidan susu nggak wajib bund yg wajib vitamin yg dikasih aja.
