    saya gak obatin pake apa2 bun, cuma jaga pola makan aja jangan sampe BAB keras dan berdarah, soalnya Ambeien saya udah sampe ada benjolan gitu. tp kalo emang ada solusi biar benjolannya mengempes, pengen saya lakuin sih.
