Gmn caranya untk tetap positif thinking ya slama kehamilan?

Denger bunyi berisik aja ganyaman :( mau jalan keluar lg covid. Lg zona merah krna ada tetangga yg positif. Plus sebelah rmh lg renov rumah, suara motong besi, motong ubin, mobil pasir, segala macem lah. Blm bau cat 🤮🤮
