Back to 0-12 months formula?

My 18 months old baby keep making fuss at night we believe because of gassy tummy. Tried to change multiple formulas recently due to constipation and she’s been a super picky eater now. Would it be okay if she go back to formula for 0-12month old? Struggling with underweight problem as well
