    depende naman yan sa baby mo at if kakayanin mo mag jormal. Malalaman mo yan kapag nag labor ka na kpag nandun ka na mismo sa moment na un. Diet ka na din kasi of hnd ka manganak agad baka lumaki pa lalo baby mo
