I’m currently 28 weeks, and I’m facing braxton hicks and diarrhoea, with lower back aching, is this normal? Can someone advise me what to do?

Lowerback pain is normal lalo na you are gaining weight dahil sa paglaki ng tummy. Diarrhea I believe this is because of the vitamins. Naexperience ko ito while taking the vitamins prescribed by my OB. For Braxton Hicks , I guess it's to early for you. Normal ito if malapit na due. Better consult your OB pag napapadalas.
