Please help me mga ka mamshie🥺

37 weeks and 5 days napo ako now pero still 1 cm pa din ako. Naglalalakad naman po ako tas quat at baba akyat sa hagdan. Umiinom din po ako nung primrose and pine apple pero still 1cm pa din ako. Madalas po sumasakit puson tiyan at balakang ko pero sabi ni ob false labor daw po. Ano po kaya dapat kong gawin pa para maopen servix ko at true labor😔
