1.5 cm nako last week at 37 weeks nag lalakad ako everyday almost 2 hours per day may iba pa bang way para ma pa lambot at mag open cervix ko ng mas madali? malikot din si baby wala din advise doctor ko about sa mga need inumin since di rin ako nag ask.
