Pola makan dan vitamin bumil

Saya hamil anak ke 2, alhamdulillah udah masuk trimester 2 mual dan muntah sudah mulai berkurang. Bagaimana cara mengatur pola makan yg sehat dan seimbang untuk mencukupi nutrisi bayi kita tetapi masih bisa menjaga berat badan agar tidak gemuk,dan vitamin apa aja yg bagus di trimester 2 ini bund?

    makan yang teratur bun khususnya sarapan. klu bisa 2 jam sekali nyemil sesuatu kaya kue kering, buah atau cemilan. vitamin bisa minum folamil atau Blackmores bun. Tp biasanya TM2 jg ada vitamin dr bidan berupa kalsium dan penambah darah si.
