Semoga bisa sedikit membantu para bunda yg sdg hamil dan ingin menjalankan puasa. Ini informasi secara globalnya aja ya bun, untuk memutuskan berpuasa / tdk tetep berkonsultasi terlebih dahulu dg dokter SPOG masing2. Nb : jika di tengah2 berpuasa tiba2 keluar keringat dingin, badan lemas, pusing, mual segera batalkan puasa.
