Formula Milk in Prem Babies

Hi everyone, my baby born at 33w5d. Now at week 3 of life. Currently taking Enfalac A+ prem formula, but I'm thinking of switching to Similac NeoSure prem formula. Do I need to gradually switch or can directly switch to new formula since it's same protein base (cow's milk). Thanks!!!
