Membersihkan puting

Bun, mau tanya. Kalo bersihin puting itu ada kapas khusus kah? Soale aku baru nyoba bersihin puting pake minyak zaitun + kapas merk selection tapi malah kapasnya kyk hancur gtu pas d olesin ke puting. Nempel2 kapasnya dan agak lengket. Mohon saran dr bunda².
