Sukiyaki Sop Tomyum

Assalaamu'alaikum.. Aku mau berbagi resep simple dan enak nih bund. Bisa buat referensi menu sahur bulan Ramadhan nanti lho. Namanya Sukiyaki / Sop tomyum. Kuahnya mantap banget, fish dumplingnya apalagi enak banget. Keluarga pasti suka nih. Wajib coba ya bund ! 😉 Bahan : 100 gr fish dumpling isi keju / ayam 2 buah sosis (opsi) 1 bungkus tofu (tahu putih) 1 ikat sawi hijau (bisa diganti dg sayuran hijau lain sesuai selera) 1 bungkus soun 3 lembar daun jeruk 2 sdm kecap ikan / saori saos tiram 1 sdm bon cabe 10 buah cabe keriting 3 buah cabe rawit 6 buah bawang merah 3 buah bawang putih Secukupnya garam, gula, merica, masako 1 liter air putih Cara membuat : 1. Siapkan bumbu dasar merah. Haluskan Bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe keriting 2. Tumis bumbu hingga harum. Masukkan daun jeruk dan cabe rawit utuh 3. Masukkan air, aduk sampai rata, masukkan garam, gula, merica, masako. Tes rasa 4. Potong² sosis sesuai selera 5. Tambahkan kecap ikan & bon cabe. Masukkan sawi hijau , fish dumpling dan sosis. Aduk sebentar 6. Terakhir masukkan soun. Masak sampai matang. 7. Sukiyaki homemade siap disantap.. 😊😊😋 #ResepRamadhanTAP #GebyarHadiahManTAP
