UK 29w1d suka nyeri diarea perut bawah dan pinggang

Hai bunda semua .. saya mau shareing nih . Jadi akhir2 ini saya sering ngalamin nyeri diperut bagian bawah dan pinggang apa lagi pada saat waktu tidur itu gak nyaman banget . Kenapa ya bunda ?? Apa karena faktor saya sering berdiri terlalu lama yah ?
