Heating pad on my tummy

18wks now and i have quite a bad low back pain on left side. Will usually put tuam/ heating pad on my back while i want to sleep but accidentally woke up with my stomach facing the heating pad. It’s not hot anymore but quite warm and my stomach was warm too. Will my baby be okay? I’m scared and i feel really bad! #AskingAsAnewMom

Heating pad

At 18wks now, and i have lower back pain on my left side and usually put tuam/heating pad on my back while i sleep but today i accidentally woke up with my stomach facing the tuam/heating pad. It’s not hot anymore but warm, and my stomach was quite warm too. Woke up panicking, and Is my baby okay? 🥹😭
