Stay home and continue to monitor. If symptoms get worse, see a doctor, teleconsult is best. I believe protocol is for you to self quarantine until day 7 or negative ART

Am too 4+ weeks and having cramps daily on and off. I think its normal if its not severe with any bleeding. But still every cramp scares me like hell☹️
