perah lemon - tuang air panas - tutup - biarkan kejap - tapis - campur dengan air mandian. biar lama skit berendam.. buat tiap kali mandi. jgn lupe asingkan air laen utk cuci muka, pedih nnty masuk mata. Insha Allah membantu..

Its okay dear, janji awak dan baby sihat. Perkembangan janin pun okay. Dont think too much as long semua sihat. Nnty sng get back ur body blik after bersalin ☺️
