Focal Myometrial Contraction at the Posterior Wall

Took my ultrasound last week and the sonologist informed I have contractions so I informed my OB Gyne outright and she advised me for a one week bed rest. What do you usually do for this case? 21 weeks preggy here! Thanks

What’s the good remedy for acid reflux for preggy moms?

Hi po! Can I ask for any advise ano po ba pwedeng gawin or inumin when you still have that acid reflux and even nagsusuka pa din po kayo? I’m on my 12 weeks and currently grabe po iyong hapdi ng sikmura ko. Is it normal po? Thank you.
