Cetaphil caused rashes to my baby

Hello! Nun bagong panganak pa lang si beebee, we were using lactacyd to her for baby wash. No lotion since hindi ako nakabili agad ng cetaphil that time. I am using cetaphil dun sa dalawang kapatid nya at sobrang lambot ng balat. Last month, I introduced cetaphil lotion na sa baby ko since she turned 3 months na. yes momshies, wala po akong pinapahid except sa squalene oil, and yung gentle oil for tummy ng tiny buds kay beebee until she turned 3 months. Pero yun po, after using the lotion and the moisture locker lotion, napansin ko na nagkaroon ng rash lalo. Her pedia advised to adjust the water temp to a little cooler and apply lotion more often. Just wanna know if there are any other moms out here na may similar case ng sakin. What did you do? When I complained about it sa Official shopee store nt Cetaphil Philippines they just ignored me and yun binigay kong rating was hidden daw kasi inappropriate
