I am 5weeks pregnant and I fell down somewhat on my knees.

I don't have any bleeding or cramps other than sprained foot. Are there any other symptoms that I have to look out for ? Is there anything to worry?will the jerk my body had during fall hurt my baby? ( I didn't fall on stomach)
