I was supposed to see my period on the 19 of last month it only came out that day and stop now am having serious pains what could be the problem oooo

Have you checked are you pregnant? The pain could be from the cramps of the fertilized egg growing on your uterus wall which is very normal. But if the pain is unbearable do seek your gynea, and of your pregnant, please inform your gynea immediately if you see any spotting. Hope you get well soon :)

one day peroid stop what could be the problem ?

I was to see my period on the 19 and I hard sex with my man and since that very day it stop up till now I have not seen it pls help a sister here
