    saya muntahkan dlu apa yg nk dimuntahkan.. after that saya terus mkn... utk elak loya akn dtg.. 😅 so far saya xdpt lg tenangkan morning sickness saya(actually 24hour saya muntah2 rasanya hahaha) kalau nak hold kan muntah boleh tp saya sumbat lobang idong dgn minyak angin.. tp brksn utk smntra jela.. hilang rasa brangin tu muntah la balik 😅
