Breast pump not effectively in clearing milk

I’m using spectra S1+ the pump is working well, but it does not clear my breast effectively. After a 30 - 40 mins pump, I can still hand express a significant amount. Had already massage before and between pumps, make sure ducts are not block and it’s still not working. #advicepls

Having the same problem. Efficiency is low for me. Can’t catch up w baby needs.
