Anakku udah 4 bulan ² hari tapi belum bisa tengkurap normal kah bun?

Anakku sudah 4 bulan lebih 2 hari belum bisa tengkurap sendiri tapi motorik yang lain dia bagus cuma belum bisa tengkurep aja normal kah bun?
