Stress Relief

Pano nyo po hinahandle stress nyo especially when working graveyard shift saka taking care of older kiddos (I have a 7 and 6 year old boys)? Any suggestion din to avoid sleepiness? Currently preggers with my 3rd baby 17 weeks ♡
