Is Antihistamine Meds Okay For Baby?

I have sinusitis/allergic rhinitis and taking zykast as my medicine. I'm trying not to take it but when I missed taking the med, I suffer from allergic attacks like sneezing hard all day and it's really difficult as the days go by since I am 18 weeks and 3 days now and my baby is growing. Can you recommend something for me?
