Birth certificate

Hi mommies! May question ako about birth certificate ni baby. I'm 37 weeks preggy. My husband has all our documents pero di pa sya makauwi sa pilipinas dahil sa cancelled flights. Nag order na rin ako online pero di pa dumarating yung Marriage certificate and copy ko ng birth certificate ko. Is it ok that I only have my passport as identification when I give birth? Pwede bang ihabol na lang yung other documents? Sorry medyo nalilito po ako sa process ng registration sa hospital po. Hope someone can enlighten me. Salamat po

Kahit naman photocopy mommy. Pwede pong pascan mo na lang kay hubby ung marriage cert nyo tas un ang ipaprint mo. Yung philhealth mo po ba dependent ka ni hubby o may sarili kang philhealth? Sa hospital kaseng pinag anakan ko noon may pinafill upan lang sameng form. Un nga ung magiging laman ng birthcert ni baby. Di na nga din nagpaattach ng married cert since yung surname ko naman same na ng kay hubby. Tas ung mdr ko hospital na din nagprint. Bale ang ginawa na lang po pagkalabas ni baby ung birthcert ni baby galing hosp dadalhin un sa philhealth iaattach sa pmrf para maadd sya as dependent nung kung sinong nagbabayad ng philhealth nyo. Para makaavail din sya ng philhealth benefit kase magkaiba kayo ng bill ni baby mo.

Hindi pa ako nanganganak pero ang balita ay kailangan ng swab test o xray bago maadmit.

8th month checkups

Hi Moms, gaano kadalas checkup ninyo with OB, esp for mom na 8 months na? Kasi the last time i checked with my OB, sabi nya every 2 weeks na, pero yung next appointment na nilagay nya, pag bilang ko, it falls on the 3rd week pa.
