Mual muntah hilang di tm 1

Bun mau tanya, usia kehamilan ku 6minggu. Awal2 mual muntah. Tapi udah 2 hari ini hilang mual muntah. Makan enak seperti biasa. Itu aman ga ya bun? Jujur takut banget janin ga berkembang. Terakhir usg waktu usia 5minggu, baru kantongnya aja. Keluhan flek gada sama sekali
