Today the children did gardening as part of their Ecostar program. They had a hands on planting session following step by step procedures. Children planted edible vegetable ( cherry tomatoes ) and will care for their class plants and observe the plants’ growth. They showed great enthusiasm and responsibility during the planting session. This project nurtured our children’s green habits towards building a more sustainable Singapore and their nature smart intelligence

This week, during our music lesson, children learned the song " I put my scarf on my head" and engage in using props ( scarves ) to enhance their sensory experiences and creativity. Through this activity, children moved their bodies to the rhythm of the song and imitate actions related to putting scarf on different body parts. They had lots of fun and enjoyed themselves dancing to the song. If you have any scarves at home, you can also play this song and let your child dance and sing along at home! ☺️

Today the children had their phonics lesson titled " Bouncy Ben " where they were introduced to the letterland character and related vocabulary words such as ball, balloon,bounce, butterfly, bus. They were engaged to simple conversation about the theme and words related to letter "b".
