Cough and rib pain

I’ve been having cough for almost a month now. It is really painful especially when it comes to the point it hit my ribs, feels like being stab with sharp object. Been to many docs, but nothing can be done except some paracetamols and cough syrup. Is there any recommendations, perhaps natural ways to surpress the cough and release the pain?

Amniotic fluid low and small abdominal circumference at 28 + 2 weeks

Went for growth scan and my amniotic fluid is low, at 8.1cm, baby's abdominal circumference is measuring small in the 7th percentile and fetal weight is 1043g at 12th percentile. My dr said it could be due to underlying placenta issues and may have to induce at 37 weeks if that's the case and wants to do a rescan in a week to monitor. Any moms have advice or experience on this? #firsttimemom

Recently I started noticing spider veins below my boobs and it seemed to be getting more and more. I’m afraid it’ll be visible permanently. Anyone experienced this too?

I do too. My breast are very engorged at 22weeks. Theses some veins and stretch marks too.

Any Dr Janice Tung review?

Anyone did C-sect with Dr Janice Tung or natural birth with a little cut? I could not find any reviews on her C-sect. Do not know how good will the recovery be for this doctor? Please help if you know. I’m still in a dilemma whether to change gynae. Thanks. #gynae

Hi, Dr Janice is my gynae. She delivered my firstborn, now seeing her for my #2. I delivered my firstborn naturally with a tiny little snip. Recovery was good!

yeast infection

currently at week 16.. i keep getting yeast infections since 1st tri.. what can i do to prevent this from reoccuring?

I just go underwear free as much as possible - let the lady breathe lol

Baby weight 1.5kg at 28 weeks scan

Hey everyone, I had my 28 weeks growth scan today and baby's weight is 1.5kg. Doctor said it's within normal range and not too big/heavy but just wish to check if anyone else had the same experience? Please share, thanks! #firsttimemom

I just had my 28 weeks growth scan today too. Baby's weight is 1.24kg. Also within normal range.

Pregnancy insomnia

Currently at 23 weeks and i've been having super bad insomnia. Only able to catch about 3-4hours of sleep per day. I've tried tart cherry juice, essential oils, and even prenatal massage to help sleep better but nothing is working!! Any mummies have other tips? Please share 🥲 #advice #pregnancy
