Hiii, I gave birth in June at NUH, when i got my bill, there was a credit balance of -$xxx.xx. This amount will be refunded through cash cheque right? When will we get the cheque? I gave birth in NUH as well in 2021, the cheque was posted to me within 3weeks of my delivery. This time, its almost 2 months but I’ve yet to receive it. Is there a new procedure if I need to submit anything? Or… there is just a delay? #pleasehelp
