Birthclub: March 2025

I’m 7weeks far and everyday feels like urghhhh. The nausea, exhaustion and uncomfortable feeling. How do mommies work and survive first trimester? I’m struggling everyday.

Anyone has any constipation remedies to share? I’ve been introducing more fruits and vegetables into my diet but they don’t seem to help :(

Is it normal to have left shoulder aches and lower back aches in the middle of the night?

Currently 12 weeks and 3yo at home is down with HFMD. So worried I would get it from her (or who knows I already did) Any mums got HFMD during pregnancy before? Any tips? Did it affect the pregnancy? :'(

Is this normal ? Should i go A&E? I am 6 weeks and 3 days . Had spotting since 14th.

#firstmom Hello mummys, i received an appointment date. But there's two appointment under ANTENATAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE. One is obstetrics , another one is ADCSCREEN1. Can i know what is the difference ? I opt to check for down syndrome test. Took blood test. I kind of nervous of the outcome 😭😭😭

No protein (eggs, meat, fish, prawn, beef) taste or look appetising to me. I feel nauseous looking at them and is not consuming them. 😢 I'm currently 8 weeks. Any advice fellow mummies? I'm afraid baby doesn't have enough nutrients.
