- 2026-01-13Hi mummies sorry for the negativity here.
Would like to seek some help regarding divorce.
How can I proceed with a divorce if my spouse refuses to attend the mandatory co-parenting programme required for filing under the simplified divorce track? As i do not want to spend on hiring a lawyer due to the fact that i am already solo parenting & he is not contributing a single cent.
Would applying for a PPO help in this situation?
Any idea how can i proceed this divorce?
For context, we have been married for three years & we have agreed on the custody etc etc. He mentioned that he did not want to attend the CPP programme to make my life tough.

- 2026-01-17Hi mummies, I'm currently 7 weeks and second pregnancy. I previously miscarried at 21 weeks last year. This pregnancy around my 5th week i saw brown discharge on my liner about 20cents size. I have yet to go for my first appointment then so I called the clinic. Doctor did a vaginal scan, saw a gestational sac. Baby was very tiny hiding at the far most corner of the gestational sac. Doc said seems like a miscarriage is on the way or a threatened miscarriage.
That was the only brown discharge I had. There was a little brown clumps too when Doctor removed the vaginal tube from below. 2 days later I had very light brown discharge. Also very tiny spot. Doc gave me progesterone pills. Take 2. 2 times a day. I've been taking it.
Currently having severe food aversion. I can't seem to eat anything or keep anything down. I feel very nauseous. Not much vomiting but super nauseous. Everyday I'm worried. My appointment date got pushed to 2 weeks ahead.
I have a toddler. Super active and clingy. He wants me to carry and I really feel so scared to carry him too. And that makes me feel so bad and terrible.
Has anyone had brown discharge at 7 weeks?
- 2026-01-17Hello mummies, FTM here, got referral from GP(under CHAS scheme), and waiting for appointment date from KKH. Has anyone gone through this route? If you were to switch from subsidised to private at KKH, at which point do you do so? Most likely will be sticking to KKH as the hospital has all my medical records.
