Ingredients

3 cups glutinous rice flour

1 1/2 cups warm water

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsps roasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup dates pitted and chopped

Ihalo ang water at brown sugar ng mabuti

Ihalo ang glutinous rice flour sa water at brown sugar mixture ng maigi.

Idagdag ang pitted chopped dates at ihalo hangang incorporated na lahat ng ingredients.

Grease ang isang bilog na cake pan at ilipat ang glutinous rice flour mixture at i-sprinkle sa ibabaw ang sesame seeds.

I-steam ng 45 minutes. Siguraduhin na takpan ng ibabaw ng cheesecloth para walang water drippings.

Tanggalin ang tikoy galing cake pan at ilipat sa wax paper o cling wrap at irefrigerate ng 5 hours. Tanggalin ang tikoy galing refrigerator. Lutuin kung paano mo gusto - puwedeng re-steam, microwave, o prito.
