Ingredients
- 1/2 fillet of white fish

- 400 ml coconut milk
- 3
- Black pepper

Steps
- Wash and score the fish in a criss cross manner. This will allow the coconut milk to seep into the fish
- Pat the fish dry and season with black pepper
- In a pan, fry garlic in a teaspoon of oil
- Once brown add in coconut milk. When the coconut milk starts to boil, switch to low boil and add in sliced fish
- Add in chopped coriander, close lid and allow to boil for 5 mins.
- Mesh with a fork (or blend) to make it a smooth consistency for baby to eat
- Serve alone or with baby pureed cereal
