Ingredients

400 g grouper fillet (any white fish will do)

2 inch ginger , juliened

½ tsp rice wine

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp light soy sauce

2 stalks onion leeks , chopped

2 stalks cilantro

Fill steamer with required amount of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.

Pat fish fillet. In a foil or steamer dish, place fish fillet and top with leeks.

In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, light soya sauce and rice wine. Pour all over the fish.

Place fish in the steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.

Remove from steamer and serve.
