Ingredients
- 500 g sweet potato
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tbsps maida
- 1/2 cup white sesame
- 4 tbsps normal sugar
- Oil , as needed
Steps
- In a cooking pot, add water, sweet potato and boil it. After that let it cool down and grater it.
- Now, add egg, sugar and mix it well then make balls.
- In a bowl, add water, maida flour and mix it well. The paste is ready.
- Now, dip the balls in maida paste and then cover it with sesame.
- Next, deep fry these balls until golden brown.
- Tasty sweet potato balls are ready for iftar. You can also dip them in grated coconut instead of sesame.
