Strawberry Yogi Shakes
Ingredients

8 ounces vanilla yogurt

2 tsp Sugar

6 frozen strawberries with their stems cut off

Put the yogurt, sugar, and strawberries in a blender.

Turn the blender on to high speed, blending until the liquid is thick and smooth.

Pour into glasses, and serve immediately!
