2 clove garlic tinadtad

150 g baby carrots binalatan

150 g asparagus spears

300 g salmon fillet hiwain into cubes

1 red pepper hiwain into strips

1 yellow pepper hiwain into strips

1 green pepper hiwain into strips

2 tbsp rice wine

1 tsp caster sugar

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Haluin ang rice wine, asukal at toyo sa isang small bowl. Itabi.

Sa malaking kawa, initin ang mantika at igisa ang bawang at luya ng 30 segundo.

Idagdag ang carrots at asparagus. Gisahin ng 2 minuto.

Idagdag ang salmon at peppers. Prituhin ng 2 minuto.

Idagdag ang rice wine mixture kasama ang sesame seeds. Igisa ng 2 minuto.

Tanggalin sa apoy at i-serve immediately.
