Ingredients

2 medium apples , peeled and cut into chunks

1 medium carrot , grated

½ cup dates , roughly chopped

2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups milk

2 cups water

Add all ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir.

Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove from heat. Serve with milk.
