  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
  • Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
  • 4 pork cutlets, pounded thin
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
Steps
  1. Preheat ang oven 220ºC. Ipaghalo ang broccoli, garlic at 2 tbsps ng olive oil at season ng salt at pepper, tapos I-roast, tossing once, o hangang ang broccoli ay golden-brown at malambot, 14 to 16 minutes.
  2. Habang nanyayari ito lutuin ang cutlet. I-whisk ang flour at konting salt at pepper sa isang malaking bowl, at i-coat ang mga cutlets sa flour mixture, and shake off excess. Initin ang natitirang 2 tbsps ng oil sa isang malaking non stick pot sa medium-high heat. Lutuin ang cutlets in batches, flip ng isang beses, 1-2 minutes per side. I-serve kasama ang roasted broccoli at lemon wedges.
