Salmon, spinach, avocado and asparagus salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 200g roasted salmon fillet, flaked
  • 150g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 avocado, flesh sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 2 tsps brown sugar
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish

Steps

  1. I-blanch ang asparagus ng 2 minuties sa isang pang na may kumukulo na tubig. Drain, refresh sa malamig na tubig, at i-drain ulit. Pat dry.
  2. Para sa salad dressing, i-whisk ang olive oil, lime juice at asukal sa isang bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Ilagay yun asparagus, salmon, spinach at avocado sa isang malaking bowl.
  4. Ihalo ang dressing sa salad, at sprinkle ang seasme seeds. Enjoy!
