Rice Cooker Steamed Tofu and Asparagus
Ingredients

1/2 small bunch of asparagus 1 1/2-inch lengths

1/2 block fried tofu cubed (approximately 6 oz)

1/2 small carrot peeled, thinly sliced

1 garlic clove minced

2 tbsps oyster sauce

1 tbsp aloha shoyu

1 tsp vegetable oil

1 tsps sesame seed oil

1 tsp mirin
-
1 tsp honey

In a mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients.

Transfer onto heatproof plate. Place in rice cooker. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4.
