Raw Mango Juice
Ingredients

1 Raw mango

1 cup Sugar

.5 tsp cumin powder ,roasted

.5 tsp black salt

.5 tsp salt

10 peppercorns

Wash the mangoes and place it in a vessel along with 2 cups of water and pressure cook them.

Once cooked, remove the pulp from the skin and throw the skin and also remove the pulp from the mango seed.

To the pulp, add fresh and washed mint leaves along with roasted cumin powder, black salt and normal salt.

Add sugar to the pulp and take it to the mixer

Grind the pulp and other ingredients along with peppercorns.
