Ingredients

4 tsp Dang Gui

4 tsp dried longans

3 tsp ginger

2 cups Mutton

3 cups boiling water

Run mutton, longans and Dang Gui under cold running water and rinse well. Then scald them.

Put all ingredients into a stewing pot.

Simmer for 3 hours.

Season with salt.
