Ingredients

1 ripe mango

200 ml natural yogurt

½ cup milk

2 tsp Sugar

Ice cubes

Remove the flesh of the mango and place in a blender or food processor. Add in the yogurt, milk, cold water, sugar, and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Pour the lassi into 4 glasses. Add about two ice cubes in each. Serve.
